These terms explain general rental procedures for Nino’s Party Rentals. Your accepted quote, invoice, or rental agreement may include the exact products, event schedule, prices, payment requirements and additional conditions that apply to your reservation. By accepting a rental booking, you agree to the applicable written terms.

02 / RESERVATIONS
Bookings, Deposits & Payment
All requests are subject to inventory availability, delivery scheduling, site conditions and acceptance by Nino’s Party Rentals. Placing items in a cart, sending a message or requesting a quote does not automatically confirm a reservation.
Any required deposit, refund restriction, payment deadline, remaining balance, delivery fee, setup charge, accepted payment method or other reservation-specific condition will be disclosed in the quote, invoice or rental agreement before payment.
Before approving a reservation, customers should review their event date, address, tent size, draping selection, rental quantities, service requirements and delivery information.
03 / RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Equipment Care, Damage & Replacement
All rental items must be used responsibly and only for their intended purposes. Please follow the setup and care instructions provided by the team. Do not disassemble, alter, relocate or attempt to repair rented items without approval.
- Lost or damaged items: Responsibility for missing pieces, theft, breakage, unusual cleaning, repair or replacement is determined by the accepted rental agreement and applicable law.
- Reporting damage: Contact our team promptly if something is damaged or unsafe; do not attempt your own repairs.
- Linens, furniture & accessories: Protect rental pieces from burns, stains, wax, misuse and other avoidable damage.
- Inflatables & event flooring: Follow all posted operating, supervision and safety instructions, where provided.
04 / EVENT SAFETY
Weather, Site Conditions & Safe Installation
Outdoor setups require safe weather, suitable surfaces and unobstructed access. Nino’s Party Rentals may postpone, suspend or decline an installation when conditions present a safety risk, including severe winds, storms, lightning, standing water, unstable ground or restricted access.
Customers should provide accurate information about the event site, including surface conditions, usable space, overhead obstacles, irrigation systems, underground utilities, venue rules and access limitations before the delivery date.
If unsafe conditions affect installation or continued use, the available options will be determined by the event circumstances, the applicable reservation agreement and Georgia law.
05 / SPECIALTY INSTALLATIONS
Tents, Draping, Lighting & Permits
Commercial gable tents, high peak tents, marquee tents, draping and other specialty equipment require suitable clearances, secure anchoring and enough access for installation and removal. Some locations or structures may require owner approval, permits or inspections.
- Permits & permissions: Customers must inform us of venue restrictions and known permit requirements. Responsibility for obtaining approvals and related costs will be set out in the rental agreement.
- Tent structures: Do not move stakes or anchors or modify frames, straps, poles or sidewalls without authorization.
- Draping: Keep all fabric away from flames, cooking stations, heating equipment and other ignition sources.
- Lighting & fixtures: Suspended or powered accessories must be installed and removed by approved personnel.
- Delivery: The agreed installation and collection areas must remain clear and accessible.
06 / RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility & Applicable Law
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, preparing an appropriate installation space and complying with rental and safety instructions. The parties’ rights and obligations are governed by the accepted reservation agreement and applicable Georgia and federal law.
Nothing on this page removes any right or legal remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy.
Review your invoice or signed rental agreement for the deposit amount and refund terms specific to your booking. The following explains the process for cancellations, date changes and unforeseen conditions.
Deposit amounts, refund restrictions and applicable cancellation charges must be communicated in your accepted booking documents; this page does not establish an undisclosed fixed percentage or blanket no-refund rule.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve equipment and secure your date. The applicable amount and whether it is refundable will be stated before payment in your accepted booking documents.
Advance Cancellations
If your event plans change, notify us promptly. Any refund, credit or date-change option depends on the cancellation conditions disclosed at booking and applicable law.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations close to the event can affect labor, reserved equipment and delivery arrangements. Applicable charges or deductions follow the agreed written terms and relevant law.
Unsafe Weather
Severe weather may require us to delay or stop a setup for safety. Rescheduling, credits and refund options are assessed under the rental agreement, circumstances and applicable law.
Site Not Ready
The event site must be safe and accessible at the agreed times. If installation is not possible, available alternatives and any applicable charges depend on the accepted rental terms.
Requesting a Cancellation
Call or text (678) 435-1821 with your name, event date and booking information. A cancellation request does not automatically approve a refund or schedule change.
Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Your event-specific written agreement controls where its terms are applicable and lawful.
